Choose the resource that matches your next decision
What this library is designed to do
AI advice is easy to find and hard to apply. This library turns the big subject into four decisions: where AI could create value, whether a proposed workflow is feasible, what could go wrong, and what evidence would justify doing more.
The resources use Australian and New Zealand business language, link to primary government guidance and keep the technology in its proper place: behind the business outcome.
A sensible order for a first-time adopter
- Assess readiness. Identify gaps in ownership, data rules, team confidence and measurement.
- Find candidate workflows. Look for repeated, text-heavy, reviewable work with a clear cost or missed opportunity.
- Score and select. Compare value, feasibility, risk and adoption effort.
- Pilot for 30 days. Keep human review and compare the result with a baseline.
- Standardise or stop. Write down the working process, train the team and measure it—or close the experiment.
