Questions, answered.

Everything managers and owners usually ask before joining the course. Something else on your mind?

Who is the AI course for?

The course is built for non-technical managers and owners of Australian small businesses — people who lead teams, run operations or own the whole company and know they should be getting more from AI. You don’t need any technical background. If you can write an email, you have every skill the course requires. It is deliberately not a coding bootcamp: developers and data scientists looking for model theory or product-building are better served elsewhere.

Do I need a technical background to do the course?

No. The whole course is taught in plain business English, and every concept is introduced through the everyday work you already do — writing, email, documents, meeting notes, quotes, follow-ups and reporting. The course exists precisely because most AI material is written for technical people; this one is written for the managers and business owners who actually run Australian businesses.

How long does the course take?

Four weeks, with one focused theme per week: AI foundations for business, everyday workflows, automating the busywork, and your AI playbook. Sessions are short and practical, designed to fit around running a team or a business. Because every exercise is applied to your own work, the time you put in comes straight back as time saved in your normal week.

Is the course delivered online? Can I join from anywhere in Australia?

Yes — the course is delivered fully online, so you can join from anywhere in Australia: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, or a property three hours from the nearest town. It’s run from Brisbane, Queensland, and built around Australian business hours and Australian small-business examples.

Which AI tools does the course cover?

The course focuses on the widely available tools you can already access — general-purpose AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, and the AI features arriving inside everyday business software — rather than locking you into any single product. More importantly, it teaches the judgement layer: how to decide what to use, what to trust, and how to fold AI into how your business already runs, so the skills outlast any one tool.

How much does the AI course cost?

Pricing will be announced when enrolments for the first intake open. The waitlist is coming soon — pricing and start dates will be published on this site first.

When does the course start?

The first intake is being finalised now, and the waitlist is coming soon — start dates will be announced here. Because the course is online, there’s nothing to travel to and nothing to install ahead of time.

Will the course work for my industry?

The course is industry-agnostic by design. The workflows it targets — writing, quoting, follow-ups, meeting notes, research, reporting and admin — exist in almost every Australian small business, whether you run a trades company, a professional practice, a clinic, a studio or an online store. Every exercise is applied to your own business, so what you build during the four weeks is specific to your industry even though the course isn’t.
